Newborn Session Prep Guide: Your Questions Answered!

Preparing for a newborn session can feel overwhelming, but fret not! I provide a prep guide to ensure a stress-free experience. Let's address some common concerns to help you feel confident and prepared for your newborn session in studio!

  1. What to Expect: Relaxation is key! Upon arrival, I'll take over caring for your baby while you unwind on the sofa. Enjoy snacks and water as I work my magic. The studio will be cozy, so dress in layers for comfort.

  2. What to Bring: You needn't bring a thing! My studio is stocked with an array of props and accessories. However, feel free to bring any special items you'd like included in the photos.

  3. What to Wear: Keep it simple with neutral tones and comfy attire. For parent and sibling shots, simple shirts and yoga pants are perfect. No need to stress about your bottom half—I don't photograph midsections.

  4. Handling Uncooperative Babies: Rest assured, I've earned the title of "baby whisperer" for a reason! With a warm studio and soothing white noise, most babies settle in no time. If needed, I'll expertly swaddle and soothe your little one until they're ready for their close-up.

Preparing for your newborn session doesn't have to be daunting. With my baby snuggling skills and relaxed approach, you can trust that your session will be a memorable and enjoyable experience. Let's capture beautiful moments together in East Aurora, Hamburg, Orchard Park, Depew, Cheektowaga, West Seneca!
